Main Hall

The hall has a superb dual function sprung floor to suit dancers (who want a slippery floor) and badminton (who don’t!) equally well.

A bright and welcoming room, there are ceiling lights for full illumination, and pendant and wall lights for atmosphere. The hall can also be blacked out for entertainments.

Up to 220 people can be safely seated on comfortable chairs and there are sufficient tables to accommodate large events, such as parties and weddings, shows or popular meetings.

The hall is ideal for children’s parties as a bouncy castle can be easily accommodated alongside other fun and games.

An induction loop system, public address system, and music amplifier are available. Stage blocks can be provided.

During autumn, winter and early spring evenings during the week the hall is heavily booked up. But mornings and afternoons, weekends, and summer terms and holidays offer plenty of other opportunities for booking this popular hall.
