Booking the Victoria Institute for your next event is easy.

If you are looking to book the Victoria Institute for your event please check on the appropriate week if shown below or contact Barbara Dearnley on (01524) 770085 to discuss your required date.  Out current public entertainments licence allows the hall to be used from 8a.m. - 11p.m. Sunday - Thursday and from 8a.m.-1a.m. the following day on a Friday and Saturday.

If the room you require appears to be available please complete the booking form (click to download) and send it to Mrs B. Dearnley, 21 Brookhouse Road, Caton, LA2 9QT.  You can also email it to me at bcd@hotmail.co.uk

Please make any cheques payable to VICTORIA INSTITUTE

Our room hire charges are from £5.50 per hour depending on the size of room and the length of usage.

In future any provisional room bookings will be shown in 'italics' until the booking form has been received.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ROOM IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL CONFIRMATION IS SENT ON RECEIPT OF A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM

If you require 'Refreshments' or any other equipment to be available please indicate on the booking form.
