We are hoping to set up a Home Library Service from Halton Library with door to door delivery on a fortnightly basis of books, talking books, DVDs and Music. The service is intended for local residents who are restricted to their home through age, infirmity or disability. If you know of anyone who would benefit from the service please contact Gina Prill at the library.

After discussions with the Victoria Institute it has been decided that the best way for residents to use the library is to borrow books whenever the Victoria Institute is open.

Books for Babies and Tales for Tots! - Books for little people have been flying off the shelves at the Community Library at the Victoria Institute, and yes!

Accessing County Library & Information resources from your home/institute i.e. using the catalogue, making requests on-line etc.
