We hope you enjoyed the New Years Party. We thank Mrs Gardner of Hornby for providing a wonderful meal for us. 96 members attended. Also in January we had Ms Lawton and Mrs Williams with their show of a collection of ‘Unusual Inscriptions and Memorials’ with music.
On February 21st we welcome John Brayshaw with a slide show on ‘Stately Homes and Gardens.’ together with the usual cuppa and Raffle. We hope our members will support the meetings, we have a good programme planned.
The Club would like to congratulate Gladys and Jimmy Till on reaching their 70th Wedding Anniversary in January. Well done and thanks for the lovely party. M. Dyson 770364.
