Shhh! A Story about Stories
A spot on show from rhubarb theatre, renowned for its visually imaginative and gloriously inventive storytelling …‘Shhh!’ is a show full of humour and poignancy told through visual inventiveness, puppetry, mask, dance and physical theatre, with live music and song throughout.
‘A visual and musical extravaganza’ ‘Once the pages start to rustle, Librarian Lil is sucked into a whirlwind of words where tales of bravery become reality and every day sees a new adventure. Through books she is transported to other worlds, placing herself in the role of the heroine she sails the seas, performs great feats of daring and wins the hearts of princes and audience alike.’
