Friendship Club February News
On the advice of Julia Stevenson, our caterer we unfortunately had to cancel our New Year’s Party on January 8th owing to the terrible weather we have been having. This year we are celebrating 40 years since the Friendship Club was formed so we have decided to transfer our party to Thursday April 15th. Please keep the date in your diary and we hope to have more members attending. Details later.
The meeting on February 18th will be an open meeting when John Brayshaw will give a film show on ‘A look at the Dales’. We welcome members and visitors. Please come and see if you would like to join if you are not a member. The usual raffle and refreshments. Our meetings are held in the Victoria Institute and commence at 2.15pm.
