Claughton Moor Community Windfarm - Public Exhibition

Public Exhibitions were first held in November 2008 in Claughton and Caton to inform local communities about the proposal and to gather initial comments and feedback on the renewable energy development, together with the Community Benefits which would be provided and funded by Community Windpower Ltd.

Now the proposed windfarm has progressed, Community Windpower Ltd will be holding more Public Exhibitions. They will be will be held on -

• Tuesday 21st July, 2pm - 8pm in Claughton Village Hall
• Wednesday 22nd July, 4pm - 8pm in Caton Communtiy Primary School Hall
• Thursday 23rd July, 4pm - 8pm in Hornby Village Institute

This is an opportunity for local residents to learn about the proposal and our community benefits.

Everyone is welcome and free refreshments will be available.
