Cub Scout County Challenge - Sunday May 24th 2009

As reported in the May issue of the "Link", Caton Church Cubs progressed from the District Challenge to the County Challenge competition. On another beautiful sunny day at Waddecar Scout Camp, the Cubs demonstrated their skills and knowledge of scouting. This time they were competing against the best teams in Lancashire. At the end of another enjoyable competition we pleased to report that we again finished first keeping the County Challenge trophy for another year, the first time a back to back victory has been achieved.
The team members were Joe Fenna, Sean Milligan, Bethany Dews, Philip Shentall, Rowan Myall and Megan Dews.
