Wild flower planting

Lune Valley Community Beekeepers are delighted to announce Caton St Paul’s Scout group have been awarded £500 to transform a space by Grow Wild Grow For It 2017 project,  to transform a space with native wild flower planting in the Crook O' Lune.  The entire panel of judges loved the 2 minute video which Felix Weber produced and Caton St Paul’s Scouts will be transforming this space on Saturday 29th April 2017 1-4pm by planting wild flowers and some native hedge whips.   Once again we invite all members of the Community to join us and plant for Pollinators and People.  We will be meeting by the Otters in the Crook O' Lune.  Refreshments will be provided.  Please bring gloves, a rake and gardening fork if you can. Everyone welcome.   The planting will take place on April 29th 2017 with members of the Community and Caton St Paul’s Scout GroupMore information from   Erica Sarney Forage Development officer for Lune Valley Community Beekeepers on 812114.
