Easter in our village

A Service for Passion Sunday at St Paul's Church. Sunday, 18 March 2018 - 6:30pm.Stainer's "The Crucifixion" - led by the Rushley Singers and the St Paul's Christmas Choir - all singers welcome, music available, £5 particpation fee. Open rehearsal beforehand 4pm-5.30pm.

Caton Baptist are hosting a prayer breakfast on Good Friday 30th March at 8am. Later on Good Friday, Churches Together will be remembering the walk of ‘Jesus as He carried His cross’ while we walk through our villages. Meeting down at the Catholic Church at 9:45am and then continuing up the villages calling at each church for a hymn, prayer and reading and ending up at Caton St Pauls for the final reflection.

On Easter Saturday Caton Baptists are having their usual Easter Saturday family walk. We will be meeting at chapel at 10am. Please bring a packed lunch and suitable footwear. You are very welcome to come along and join us and if more details are required please contact Alan Wadsworth  771371.

On Easter Sunday Churches Together in the village are sharing in an early morning communion service overlooking the villages from the windmills - meeting at 6:30am, ready for sun rise at roughly 6:45am. If you are feeling energetic you can walk or otherwise take the car. If transport is required please get in touch with Alan on  771371.After that our churches will hold their normal Sunday services.
