High Intensity Interval Training including weights is a great effective way to burn many calories using short intense bursts of energy.Suitable for all levels of fitness as all exercises are adaptable.  Come along and give it a try, meet new friends, have fun and get a sweat on! £4 per session (1 hr session) Please come early to sign in and bring a towel for the abs section and your water!
