New Parish Council

Joyce Pritchard was elected Chairman with Ray Elvis as Vice-Chairman. Other members of the Parish Council are David Coltman, Ron Gibbons, Maureen Williams, Vernon Williams, Pat Quinton, Chris Kynch, Stuart Langhorn, Pat Marshall, Jane Parkinson and Joan Jackson.
Best Kept Village and Village Gardens Competitions
Submitted by Bruce Alexander on Wed, 16/05/2007 - 9:53am.Judging for the Best Kept Village Competition gets underway soon so we would like to ask that everybody plays their part in trying to keep the villages neat and litter free. All front gardens are judged for the Village Garden Competition, sponsored by the Parish Council and the Caton and Brookhouse Gardening Club.
The Oak Tree
Submitted by Bruce Alexander on Wed, 16/05/2007 - 9:56am.A successor Oak Tree was planted in the bowl of the existing Oak at the Fish Stones on Friday 27th April by the High Sheriff of Lancashire, the Right Worshipful the Mayor of Lancaster, The Chairman of Caton-with-Littledale Parish Council and the children from our two Primary Schools.
Caton Gala - 9th June 2007

This year, as usual, plants will be on sale, you will be able to join and there will be other information about the Gardening Club.

Programmes containing maps available at £2.50 from Station Garage, Brookhouse Convenience Stores and the gardens themselves.
C & B Senior Citizens - Trip to Durham

Friendship Club - Emmerdale Trip

Family Fun Day - Friends of Caton St Paul’s School
Submitted by Administrator on Wed, 16/05/2007 - 10:12am.Friends of Caton St Paul’s School Family Fun Day on Saturday 23rd June between 2.00 and 4.00pm in the School grounds. Admission £1 for adults. All Children accompanied by an adult are free.
There will be refreshments, various stalls, face painting, fun and games for everyone. Please come along and support this event. Everyone welcome.
