26 Apr 2007 - 9:00pm

The Parish Assembly will be held this year at St Paul’s School Hall, Brookhouse on Thursday 26th April at 7.30. This is your opportunity to have your say about what you want for the Village, so do please come along. The Chairman will give a report and we will have a item on the new web site and on our proposal to Twin with the Village of Socx in northern France.

Best Kept Village Competition

We are entering Caton and Brookhouse into the Best Kept Village Competition again this year. The Villages are judged on cleanliness and lack of weeds and rubbish. The judging takes place between June and July but we don’t know when they might visit so we must make every effort to make the place look spick and span, not just for the judges but for ourselves as well !

Village Website

www.catonvillage.org.uk - That’s the web address and if you are on line why not make it your home page; it’s full of information about the village and what’s going on in it. If you’re involved in a club, check what’s going on or you can use it to publicise your events.
