Father Christmas comes to the Villages
Submitted by Administrator on Mon, 10/12/2007 - 6:45am.As in previous years the Rotary Club of Lunesdale with Father Christmas on his sleigh will be around Caton and Brookhouse to start the Christmas collection in aid of Charity,. They will be in Caton on Tuesday evening of December 11th and in Brookhouse on Wednesday evening 12th December. Thank you in anticipation.
Caton Gala - 7th June 2008

From Caton St Paul’s - Abigail Allen, Kaite Gott, Morgan Gott, Rebekah Preece and Izzy Walker, and from Caton Community Primary - Megan Abra, Joe Genna, Erin Gosling, Sean Milligan, and Hannah Pican.
PACT Youth Initiative, December News

There will be a ‘sit down’ meal and afterwards a professional entertainer for your enjoyment. Tickets for the meal are available from your representative.

We thank John Brayshaw for stepping in at the last moment. The December meeting is on Thursday 20th at 2.15pm. We are having Mr T. Crawford who will give us a musical afternoon, consisting of magic and illusion.

Submitted by Ruth Gibbons on Mon, 10/12/2007 - 7:24am.Our Christmas party was certainly worth venturing out on a very wet and windy evening. After an excellent Jacob's join supper, our speaker, David Cook, spoke about "Humour in Education". Drawing on anecdotes of his own family and his many years in teaching, he had us in stitches - especially when he read a piece which compared older women to older cars!
