Victoria Design Group Limited was founded in 1984 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. The company was purchased by Graham Schofield Associates of Leyland in 2006 to aid their expansion through the north west. The company is based in a converted mill building in the village of Caton near Lancaster. This location is convenient for Lancaster but also within two miles of Junction 34 of the M6 and affords easy access to the North of England, and the whole of the UK. Our Managing Director, Chris Sadler, is a Chartered Civil Engineer and member of the Engineering Council. He leads a dedicated staff of technically qualified people whose expertise covers structural design and detailing, building design, planning, building surveying, health & safety and site based services.

Our efficient and friendly team handle many varied and interesting projects throughout the UK and occasionally abroad. The variety in size and nature of our work means that in some instances we operate as the sole consultant whereas in other cases we would form part of a multi - discipline design team. In either case, a friendly, prompt and efficient service forms the backbone of our company policy and underpin's our success and growth.

Typically projects range in value from £20,000 for domestic clients to £2.5million or more for major industrial developments.
